- Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run January - August (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).
- Working along side Manufacturing Engineers, test technicians, production floor operators and manufacturing support staff, to resolve test, product flow, quality, ergonomic, and safety issues associated with state of the art manufacturing and test techniques.
- Collect, prepare, and assist in analyzing test failures for root cause and aid in corrective actions.
- Aid or lead site support initiatives from a technical perspective.
- Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced skills in manufacturing process optimization and quality improvement methodologies (Ace Operating System).
- Techniques for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement in manufacturing.
- Compliance standards and audit processes (AS9100, NADCAP).
- Interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration across different departments (Value Streams, Quality Assurance, etc.).
- Advanced use of MS Office tools and possibly MS Project for project and budget management.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run January - August; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past August 2025.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
