Your Role

In your daily job you will:

need to implement for overseeing production processes, optimizing manufacturing methods, ensuring product quality, implementing cost-saving measures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

Bachelor degree. At least 3 Years of experience in a related industry. Good English skill in spoken and written.

This position should be filled by a qualified employee responsible for production facilities, especially with the upcoming introduction of new business SOPs such as STP full auto assembly line #2, VITESCO 94-way pin header, Hanon Thermal Management module, and TMED II Header and assembly line.
