Manufacturing Operations Specialist

Your Role:

As the Manufacturing Operations Specialist, your role would involve analyzing and improving the various operational aspects of the Manufacturing Plant process. You’ll be responsible for coordinating Strategic Projects across our Manufacturing Plant to achieve the business goals. You will need to define project processes and operational mechanisms to develop a clear and comprehensive project plan and to build working cross-functional collaboration. Plant strategic projects are company’s top level priority driven by our Manufacturing strategy with large scope, complexity, visibility and impact focusing on the organization’s overall objectives and initiatives. Typically, it covers cross functional efforts with all departments at the Plant.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least bachelor's degree on management, business, ecommerce or engineering;
• 4 + years’ working experience of project management or manufacturing environment;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Be comfortable working with large sets of data;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work well in a team environment;
• Willingness to take initiative and drive change;
• Good communication skills and team work
• Be familiar with project process and at least one management tool such as Visio, MS Project etc;
• Courage to face Challenge.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Car manufacturing, sales or Services industry is preferred;
• Candidate with successful cases of cross functional projects.

Annual Salary Range:

($60K - $70K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
