Location/Division Specific Information

Join our ambitious team in the United States within the Clinical Sequencing Division. Drive excellence and innovation in science from our Frederick, MD location, a hub supporting multiple Business Groups and Divisions, including Life Sciences and Corporate sectors.

Shift Information

Full-time role, Monday - Friday 10:00pm-6:30am (3rd shift, overnights)

Starting pay at $21/hr + annual merit and bonus eligibility + PTO program + 3rd shift differential (15%)

How will you make an impact:

As a Manufacturing Operator II, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless production and delivery of high-quality products. Your responsibilities will include strict adherence to quality standards, improving the reliability of our Genetic Sciences and Biosciences Divisions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain production schedules 48 hours ahead of deadlines.
• Perform detailed product inspections, verifying SKU, LOT, and quantities.
• Handle and process temperature-sensitive materials in accordance with SOPs.
• Operate a 26' box truck, transit vehicle, and pallet jacks safely.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure daily production goals are met.
• Align with all training requirements and adhere to ISO and FDA standards.
• Address and troubleshoot issues with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Ensure strong attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

• 0-2 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
• Basic digital skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $16.78-$25.16.
