Mission statement:

The role of Quality Management Method is essential to became role model of Quality in Organization. The Quality Management Method must be able to drive the Quality Culture among the value chain in accordance with Global Procedure, Customer Contract, Global Standard, Company Standard and Safety.

Your responsibilities:

• You will implement local Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with High Voltage Global Procedure.
• You will involve in Process Development and documentation in Process Landscape and document control as required by ISO9001.
• You will maintain the QMS/IMS and ensure all necessary competencies, training on Quality topics and organize internal audits.
• You will involve in ISO Audit (external audits), reduction of CoPQ (waste), tracking Saving, Cost Out & Quality improvement plan and lessons Learned coaching and moderation.
• Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• You hold undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physic, IT.
• In between 5 to 10 years of experience in Quality, Electrical Companies will be the advantages.
• Any certification like Internal Auditor QMS, L6S will be the advantages.
• Successful to deliver Improvement project.
• In experience to handle 5-8 person in downstream.
• Proficiency in English Communication.
