Job Summary:

Provides manufacturing leadership for small or medium size plant, shift or department. Manages multiple shifts of an assembly line, fabrication or machining operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides manufacturing leadership and improvement focus in operations driving results, creating and monitoring measures, providing motivation, and setting expectations in safety, quality, delivery and cost. Communicates with customers, suppliers, shop floor, stakeholders, and staff. Leads annual operating plan, forecasts, and other measurements for manufacturing operations. Manages, coaches, and develops staff; works with employees to set goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

College, university, or equivalent degree required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial, leadership, and budgetary experience, required.

QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Also lead the plant OE /IE team for the plant cost reduction target management, and continuous improvement work in both OE/IE area; especially in lean MFG and Ergo area;
  2. Lead the plant maintenance team and indirect material planning work, hit the annual target in both maintenance performance, indirect material cost reduction and inventory control
  3. Drive cross function team for a more flexible process, quick change-over, meanwhile keep improving the operation safety, quality and cost.
  4. leverage current foundation in both automation and digitalization, continuous to improve those system drive the E&E improvement.
