A day in the Life:

• Lead the sterile manufacturing process to ensure compliance with strict industry standards.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in a Manufacturing role.
• Experience in a sterile production environment.
• Proven track record of leading teams.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a sterile environment, including wearing appropriate protective gear. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
