Responsibilities:

• Conducting manufacturing operations strictly according to established standard operating procedures
• Participating in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine root causes and successfully implement corrective actions
• Assisting in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes
• Operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment and tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Manufacturing Technician or similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict guidelines
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required; technical certification preferred
