• Design State-of-art Test solutions and strategy for automated Test equipment, data collection and reporting
• Develop user-friendly Graphical interfaces for Test Automation using LabView or other advanced Test development tools
• Develop and Install drivers and necessary tools necessary to have the Test Programs production-ready
• Develop Test hardware interfaces to enable automated test data collection during Temperature cycle testing of Products in different phases of their Life cycle
• Verify Firmware/Software Release candidates and provide detailed summary reports of findings to aid in redevelopment of code/hardware or ECN release
• Develop Test procedures/instructions and train Production Team members
• Manage and coordinate Test data collection effort

• Ability to work with Quality and Reliability teams to improve/enhance Test methods, data collection, knowledgebase and feedback to Customer Service to close the loop.
• Data Analysis and Reporting Tools: Minitab, Power BI, SQL ServerReporting Services (SSRS), etc.
• Hardware Design: SolidWorks, Fusion360, Cura (3D Printers), etc.
• PCB Design (Altium), CAD files (GC Prevue)
• Proven knowledge and extensive experience with Analog and Digital electronics preferred.

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
• 4+ years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment
