Marathon Senior Creator Marketing Manager

Bungie’s Publishing Organization is looking for a Senior Creator Marketing Manager to lead the Marathon Creator team! We are searching for a proven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who has a depth of experience creating authentic, engaging, and impactful creator campaigns and building passionate teams to support them. As a Senior Lead, you will create and execute the vision and strategy for Creator Marketing for Bungie's renewed IP, Marathon.

Success in this role will require proven experience building, leading, and managing the teams and agencies required to deliver best-in-class creator campaigns. This role will work as a key contributing member of the business unit championing global creators as an integral part of our publishing strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Align Marathon creator strategy with Global Bungie Creator Program goals
• Build out an organizational plan and lead global creator efforts for Marathon IP.
• Manage, evaluate, and scope Creator Marketing agencies and partners
• Scope and onboard additional support to ensure long term campaign strategy, messaging, and fidelity
• Develop and execute strategy for Marathon creator programs
• Utilize high level and sentiment focused data to create modern tactics
• Work with analytics on tracking systems, monthly reporting on franchise ecosystem, engagement, trends, and ROI
• Work with central teams including Communications, Legal, Finance, and Partnership Marketing on collaborative campaigns.
• Ensure international teams are integrated into planning and execution of campaigns and programs to deliver superb localized campaigns

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Demonstrated success in Creator/Influencer Marketing at a global consumer brand.
• Demonstrated success in creative, out-of-the-box creator activations that resonated with their intended online communities
• Knowledge of the current evolution of the Global Creator space
• Experience in evaluating the performance, impact and effectiveness of creator activations on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Discord, and various live streaming platforms
• Highly connected and expert understanding of online communities in the creator/influencer space
• Authentic and passion for creator made content, ethical campaign practices, and accessibility
• Strong communication skills with a specialty in presentation and public speaking
• Compassionate people leader with the ability to manage, lead and inspire agency partners and direct reports
