We are looking for an eager, self starter, and good communicator who will be reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Market Access, Diagnostic (DxS), the Specialist of Market Access will be responsible for supporting Market Access efforts within the Diagnostic business unit. This role will be primarily engaged in meaningful work critical to the Hologic Diagnostic portfolio including conducting portfolio analyses, researching market trends, creating internal communications, coordinating communication across cross-functional teams at Hologic, and regularly participating in team meetings.
Successful candidates will have experience problem-solving, conducting insightful research, creating concise and impactful PowerPoint slides, and using effective written and verbal communication. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, and be a willing contributor to Market Access efforts within the Diagnostic business unit.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct critical analyses on Market Access initiatives
- Perform research to support the existing and future portfolio of DxS products
- Synthesize relevant information from internal communications, industry reports, and analyses (qualitative / quantitative) & elevate takeaways to leadership
- Create deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel files) for internal & external meetings
- Draft messaging for important Market Access announcements
- Assist in maintaining budget and accruals, as well as processing invoices
- Maintain project management tool (e.g., Smartsheet) for ongoing projects & initiatives
- Support strategic Market Access initiatives as they emerge
- Constantly improve personal knowledge of the market access and reimbursement landscape, staying up to date with federal/state policies, and emerging trends in the diagnostic industry
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience working in a corporate environment. Healthcare/Medical Device/Diagnostics experience a plus.
- Ability to think logically about complex problems
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Adobe
- Ability to work collaboratively across functional areas
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree required

- This position is a remote opportunity - Prefer someone who lives in the central or east coast
The annualized base salary range for this role is $49,900 to $78,000 and it is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
