Market Analyst - Sizing and Lost Business (B4)

Key Responsibilities

1) Own the collection and use of 3 business critical datasets: Customer WFE, Customer Capacity, and Lost Business reporting in SFDC

2) Coordinate 2/quarter WFE alignment meetings

3) Help develop and drive new win/loss opportunity post-mortem business process to help empower our sales teams

4) Interface with BU SMOs to ensure the BUs have the data they need from the accounts to better size their businesses

Functional Knowledge

• SFDC (Salesforce.com) or other CRM database fluency
• Advanced excel skills
• Tableau skills are a plus, but not required

Business Expertise

• Semiconductor industry knowledge
• Miller Heiman Sales Methodology or other sales experience is a plus

Leadership

• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity

Problem Solving

• Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
• Ability to design business processes which improve end user experience/reduce burden while meeting internal requirements

Impact

• These critical business processes are key to helping our company make accurate short and long range forecasts

Interpersonal Skills

• Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view
• Must be able to lead meetings with high level stakeholders from across the company
