Market Analyst - Sizing and Strategy (B3)

Key Responsibilities

Manage central customer capacity forecast system. Owns collection and use of customer capacity data. Focus on accuracy and risk assessment.

Interface with senior account team members to understand and interpret our customers' long range plans.

Create and maintain Tableau dashboards.

Partner with key stakeholders in market, operations and supply chain to build and refine supply/demand models.

Provide analytical/dashboard support to accounts and central GFG teams for key strategy and quarterly review meetings.

Functional Knowledge

• Salesforce.com Advanced User level.

  Standard admin level knowledge preferred (e.g. understanding of data structure, user security, lightning apps, flows)

• Strong Tableau and Excel skills
• PowerPoint

Business Expertise

• Broad understanding of semiconductor industry and growth drivers
• Ability to analyze large disparate datasets and create concise narratives

Leadership

• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

Problem Solving

• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

• The person in this role will be a key player in multiple critical business processes. Accuracy and timeliness of data will impact key business decisions

U.S. Salary Range:

$112,000.00 - $154,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
