Job Description

• Responsible to set up the hotel to Go Live on Traveloka.com, TERA Extranet training for new hotels, manage hotel content, handle technical issues experienced by hotels.
• Assisting Market Manager in completing the acquisition process to ensure the hotel data has been completely collected
• Verifying the uploaded data (content) and make sure that everything is complete and correct
• Understand the industry and its developments – must have clear and engaging communication skill, have attention to detail, adaptive to new situation, have willingness to learn, independent and have ownership.
• Guide the hotels to enter information into extranet to completion
• Process the hotel to go live into Traveloka system
• Handles and assist hotel’s partner’s enquiries 
• Check emails and inform the respective Market Manager for follow up
• Liaise with internal departments to fulfill supply operation requirements

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• New graduates are also welcome
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with Hotel, Service and Online Travel Agent businesses
• Fluent in Bahasa and English. Other additional language is a bonus
