Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant to a Market Data Compliance Manager. As an Assistant, your role involves providing general administrative support and assistance in ensuring compliance with market data regulations and policies. You'll work closely with the Market Data Compliance Manager to execute various tasks and responsibilities such as helping gather information, updating documents, working with CRM systems, assisting in timely and accurate completion of required reporting obligations.

We expect the Assistant to a Market Data Compliance Manager to:

• Support Market Data Compliance Manager in drafting and keeping up-to-date records and documentation related to market data compliance such as policies, procedures, compliance reports, market data pricing schedules and other relevant documents;
• Maintain a market data inventory on a daily basis (licenses, customers);
• Prepare monthly reports to exchanges, compile large quantities of data, ensure the reporting is done timely, accurately and in accordance to vendor reporting policies;
• Contract management in internal CRM (making sure all license approvals and termination requests are attached to the corresponding account);
• Provide general administrative support to Market Data Compliance Manager, perform day to day internal queries;
• The role holder will be expected to perform any other duties that may reasonably be asked of them within the Market Data Compliance area of work.

Qualifications

Must-have skills: 

• Bachelor degree
• Good command of MS Excel (main features as Pivot tables, VLOOKUP);
• Advanced level of English (clear, accurate written and verbal communication skills);
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritise workload and adhere to strict deadlines;
• Able to work within a small group as well as independently;
• Strict attention to details;

Nice-to-have skills: 

• Knowledge of Salesforce will be considered as an advantage
• Experience with Confluence and Jira is a plus
