Market Data Manager

The Market Data Manager will work with the Head of Market Data and other key stakeholders on managing our data catalog and data provider relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Head of Market Data, manage exchange entitlement reporting
• Responsible for owning the invoice reconciliation process for market data
• Track exchange policy updates and maintain an internal dashboard
• Maintain real-time data and rights management catalog and partner with technology teams to drive automation
• Lead data use case due diligence initiatives, identifying savings and optimization opportunities
• Working closely with the Head of Market Data, managing select data provider relationships
• Conduct data sourcing initiatives and, in collaboration with Legal, manage the contracting process

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing market data at a buy- or sell-side firm or an exchange
• Experience reviewing contractual agreements and understanding commercial terms
• Highly organized self-starter
• Strong analytical capabilities; ability to synthesize and distill large quantities of data to extract spending trends and insights
• Familiarity with market data management systems/inventory tools
