What you will do:
Executes brand strategies and identifies new opportunities for assigned products, product lines, lines of business, or on a company-wide campaign basis. Responsible for brand-level development including market analysis, product acquisitions, and brand management. Manages marketing materials to establish product branding and messaging. Develops and implements product education, publication and other promotional activities to communicate product positioning and lifecycle development of products to customers. Applies consumer insight and market research to determine new marketing and product opportunities. May work in partnership with cross-functional teams in linking the brand to efforts by marketing, product marketing, marketing communications or other departments or units within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of local marketing plans with the goal of driving technology awareness and patient activation in a given geography
- Conduct formal business review presentations to both hospital C-Suite and surgeon customers, as well as sales leadership teams
- Utilize market analytics to determine appropriate locations for patient activation & technology awareness campaigns
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns and strategies
- Develop and execute quarterly reporting dashboards for marketing efforts
- Determine appropriate tactics based on market dynamics and investigate new avenues
- Support customer marketing efforts to drive technology awareness & patient education
- Manage a centrally-held budget
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA preferred
- 5 years experience in a marketing, sales or business management role
- Background in hospital marketing or healthcare products highly preferred
- Have a strong virtual presence with customers and sales leaders
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and cross-functional groups in a team oriented environment
- Persuasive oral and written communication skills; experience dealing with all customer groups and senior leadership
- Strong analytical and project management skills
