Market Director, Mexico

About this position
The Market Director, Mexico role will oversee activities including sales, customer and Ambassador acquisition, leader development and market growth. While 80% of the role will be accountable for sales, 20% of the role involves daily operations of the business unit and ensuring the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business. The Market Director ensures the development of strategic and tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives as well as ensures overall delivery and quality of the company's products to market in collaboration with the Home Office Operations team. The role will be engaged in key or targeted market activities. The Market Director will report key results to VP of Sales and C-Suite and engage with C-Suite in broader organizational strategic planning.

What you'll do
- You're responsible for developing and implementing sales and Ambassador acquisition programs, field compensation plans and incentives, and business strategies to positively impact the Mexico market KPIs in
sales, recruiting, and leadership development to generate revenue and profitability. - Your responsible for Marketing (Ambassador) Relations, including but not limited to:
- Develop and implement effective leadership development programs and demonstrate Company leadership through a consistent physical presence in the field.
- Motivate, train, and develop the field sales organization by consistently traveling and listening to the field and assisting with selling approaches, recruiting techniques, product features, and benefits,
and leadership development. - Identify key leaders and work with those leaders to support the growth of their businesses and assist in their personal development.
- Implement corporate recognition programs and sales incentive plans demonstrating Company value on performance and stimulating the field sales organization to higher levels of leadership, success, and productivity.
- Maintain a strong communication link with the field sales organization.
- Assist the field in planning, implementing, and conducting field meetings to increase sales productivity, recruiting, and leadership development.
- Work with the Plexus Sales Department to develop the recognition segment of each convention and create maximum effectiveness. Also, provide complete records to ensure the program's accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Act as the Plexus goodwill ambassador and spokesperson for the Company's mission and values.
- You supervise and ensure quality control of local marketing material translations.
- You report and forecast company performance statistics, including sales performance, expenses, Ambassador and Preferred Customer enrollments, P&L statements, headcount, etc.
You should have
- You have a bachelor's Degree in International Business or a related field. A master's is preferred.
- You have three years of management experience and eight years in direct sales.
- You have exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- You can make independent judgments to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
- You have led the branch office for an international organization.
- You are fluent in commonly spoken languages of the local market.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and can handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- You have demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
- You can interface well with all departments of the company, all partners, and vendors and represent the company in a highly professional manner.
- You have done your best work collaborating in a team with fresh and innovative ideas that come to the table with solutions to move the business forward.
- You're a clear and concise communicator who can deliver digestible information at all levels of the organization and explain the Why.
- You can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
