Position Overview

Market sales director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans in all major dialysis markets, Acute, Chronic and Home. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Market sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships cross-functionally, understanding customer trends and hire, train and develop teams.


Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales capital and treatment targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in Acute, Chronic and Home market segments
  • Develop a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders to promote the rapid adoption of Tablo
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends and communicate to key stakeholders
  • Oversee recruitment of capital and clinical sales personnel for the market, lead, develop and mentor direct reports and generally coach the team towards high performance, talent retention, efficiencies, and effectiveness
  • Lead a strong team in developing and managing the market strategy, ensuring successful business growth in both short and long term
  • P&L responsibility with and unwavering ethical business attitude

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Exceptional leadership skills with deep business acumen
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director in both capital and clinical segments
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
