• Data Management : Develop and maintain the data structure, governance, integrity, and quality of multiple market size and share databases.
• Business Intelligence : Proficiently use BI and other reporting tools to enhance dashboards and report generation.
• Advanced Analytics : Lead the application of advanced analytics to interpret data, determine trends, and derive insights.
• Forecasting : Build forecast models for specific markets.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with market intelligence and business leaders across multiple segments and regions to improve market understanding.
• Project Support : Support PCM and AEP, data analysis, dashboard transitions, automation of PCM logic for new emission norms, and onboarding new businesses.

• Education : College, university, or equivalent degree in statistics, information systems, marketing, sales, or a related subject required.

• Market Forecasting : Analyze and interpret market data to formulate unbiased market projections.
• Market Positioning : Compile market overviews and trends to build frameworks for decision-making.
• Data Governance : Ensure definition, ownership, metadata management, and security for Cummins data.
• Values Differences : Recognize the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization.

• PCM and AEP Support : Provide support for PCM and AEP initiatives.
• Data Analysis : Conduct data analysis and manage dashboard transitions to new platforms.
• Automation : Automate and upgrade PCM logic for new emission norms.
• Process Standardization : Standardize processes across business units.
• Project Management : Manage and transition complex systems into new technologies.

• Required : 9+ years in strategy, market research, or data analytics. Experience with statistical models and analytics.
• Preferred : Market size and share methodologies experience. Over 10 years of experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Power BI and macros, and excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with cross-functional, global teams.
