ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are thrilled to invest in an analytical-minded, curious, and driven market insights + strategy manager to help propel our marketing and commercial teams to new levels of success. In this role, you will create marketing playbooks using qualitative and quantitative market insights to define our target market segments and develop key strategies to drive customer growth (acquisition, cross-sell, retention) via measurable marketing programs. You will work across our product marketing, product, commercial, and client success teams to drive a connected strategy that helps us deliver on our value promise!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative insights to develop right-to-win strategies for highly targeted markets
- Understand market drivers and forces, win/loss trends, pricing levers, competitive dynamics, and unique solution capabilities, by target segment, to deliver targeted campaign strategies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that include product marketers, product, client success, and commercial leaders to develop a marketing playbook
- Partner closely with product marketing leaders to develop value proposition messaging and enablement tools
- Develop an operating mechanism that refines the data models and outputs on a scheduled basis
- Articulate strategies based on qualitative and quantitative analysis to key stakeholders
- Identify and prioritize growth strategies by target market that will drive new client acquisition, grow share-of-wallet, and retain clients.
- Assess product and market competitiveness with product and product marketing leaders.
- Collaborate with product and performance marketing to translate top growth strategies into measurable marketing plans.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's Degree - Marketing or Analytics preferred
- 5 years of previous experience in customer analytics, segmentation, market analysis, market planning, strategic marketing
- Strong data analysis skill set - ability to work with and visualize complex data sets
- Strong presentation skills - ability to combine qualitative + quantitative inputs to build persuasive + clear presentations to drive action
- Ability to demonstrate marketing strategy frameworks: Market definition, forces + trends, segmentation, targeting, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market execution
- Familiarity with healthcare payments industry and relevant market participants
- Ability to conduct market research and competitive assessments to inform effective strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated track record of being team-oriented and knowing how to effectively pull a group together and drive projects to completion
