Job Description

• The candidate should possess strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, thorough attention to detail, and a drive to make a meaningful impact. Proficiency in English communication, including writing clear reports and delivering concise presentations, is essential. The role requires expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and secondary research. A basic understanding of financial statements is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to handle short turnaround ad hoc tasks and manage multiple projects effectively, showcasing strong time and project management skills.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities

Conduct primary and secondary research.

Analyze market trends, customer expectations, and economic data from internal and external sources.

Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, including drafting detailed market research reports and delivering actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• The position requires a Master's degree, preferably an MBA, and 2+ years of experience in strategic consulting, market research, analysis, and planning. Preference will be given to candidates with additional expertise in market research, data analysis, or customer profiling, particularly in the Electronics and semiconductors domain.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings concisely.
• Stay well-read across diverse topics and interpret macroeconomic factors affecting economics, politics, and the broader business environment.
• Exhibit the ability to connect insights, prioritize business questions, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Possess relationship management skills, working collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams.
• Apply a problem-solving mindset and propose innovative solutions.
• Present thoughts and findings in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
• Flexibility to work in different time shifts.
