Position Overview
As a Market Manager on the Channels & Alliances Team at Paylocity, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to create and strengthen relationships with industry-leading companies in the retirement, financial services, health benefits, and HR/HCM software industries. You will work with senior leaders to systematically identify and evaluate opportunities, and foster relationships that drive adoption of Paylocity's products, expand our reach and create opportunities to engage our partners to shape future developments and deliver a better customer experience. Responsibilities

- Intakes & organizes all inbound potential partner requests across external & internal sources
- Communicates to potential partner on how to partner according to the standard operating procedure defined
- Facilitates stakeholder meetings with compiled intake results ensuring alignment of standard operating procedure and any outliers to process
- Works cross functionally with sales, product, partner integration & business development ensuring business processes obtain the optimal results & timeline
- Coordinates with legal & partners on ensuring contracting & onboarding is completed
- Runs reporting for sales & business development highlighting business insights to stakeholders
- Ensures all parties across product, integration & partner have the information needed to be successful and working with senior leadership to unblock any items needed for success
- Provides inputs & ideas to streamline sales & partner process for highest efficiency & productivity
- Owns & updates the standard operating procedure for potential partners in conjunction with cross functional stakeholders
Experience & Skills
- 5-10 years in prior business operations or similar role
- Bachelor's degree from accredited school
- High level of communication skill set including written and verbal communication
- Ability to work cross functionally within the organization to achieve consistent processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Able to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Strong project management skills
- PMP or Six Sigma certified
- Proficiency in visio or other process workflow tool
- Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, & Atlassian products
- Experience in partner or vendor management
This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position in Colorado is $85,734-137,065/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
