Market Operations, Senior Training Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Training Consultant, Market Operations

The Senior Consultant will be a member of the Global Learning team that supports market operations business unit. The successful candidate will consult, design, develop, evaluate, and facilitate functional training for our internal client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consults with all levels of management to translate business requirements into learning and development strategy.
• Develops and implements programs that support individual and organizational performance aligned with Business Unit and/or enterprise-wide needs.
• Designs and implements proactive communication plans to ensure that learning and development initiatives are communicated effectively to global audiences.
• Lead and govern added-value projects from initiation to completion.
• Facilitates both functional and workshop style courses in a learner-focused manner.
• Identifies and evaluates applicability of new learning development vehicles, tools or programs developed by other organisations or vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of capital markets financial operations experience
• Training consulting experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness and ability to give and receive candid feedback
• Ability to work with all levels of staff
• Self-starter and team player
• Attention to detail
