Market Research Professional Services Analyst - Contract

What we're looking for

A passionate market research consulting professional with a strong understanding of survey software and excellent customer-facing skill.

This position is a contract role with the potential to becoming permanent. 

You will

• Lead customers through market research projects including consultation, survey design, survey programming, working with vendors on translations, data analysis, and data reporting including data tables and tracker programs.
• Provide technical expertise as a market research expert including knowledge of the SurveyMonkey platform, additional solutions, analysis methodologies, market research use cases, and integrations
• Manage large-scale data projects, client-facing documents, and presentations
• Use SurveyMonkey software knowledge to configure surveys and reports and participate in the implementation design, setup, and review processes

You have

• 3+ years professional experience in a client-facing role
• 3+ years of professional experience in market research
• Experience using DIY market research tools (including survey design and analysis)
• Experience with analytical tools such as SPSS and Excel (maintaining complex spreadsheets and functions)
• Consultative selling skills and ability to show customer empathy
• Understanding of a range of research techniques
• Data gathering skills and market research data skills
• You have experience solving problems in customer-facing situations

What we offer our employees
The hourly pay provided for this position ranges from $35/hour to $42/hour depending on geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual hourly pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
