The Market Researcher position is an exciting opportunity to be part of ElevateAI's new “AI as a Service” (AIaaS) division. ElevateAI provides APIs for transcription and analysis of customer and agent interactions. Our products help companies extract insights from audio, text, and chat conversations.
This role will conduct research to inform product and go-to-market strategies for ElevateAI. It is the best of both worlds: conducting startup-like research backed by the resources of an established organization.
MARKET RESEARCHER POSITION OVERVIEWThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years conducting market research and competitive intelligence. You will help define and execute research initiatives to uncover market trends, growth opportunities, and customer needs. You are analytical, but your true love is storytelling with data. You have excellent presentation skills to compellingly communicate insights. You are passionate about customers and relating to their point of view. Prior experience with SaaS, contact centers, developer tools, or APIs is a plus.
Core Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify market trends, growth opportunities, industry benchmarks, and areas of expansion for ElevateAI
- Perform competitive intelligence research on key players in the transcription and AI space to inform ElevateAI's positioning and offerings
- Design and execute customer research studies through surveys and interviews to gather feedback, use cases, and pain points from current and prospective customers
- Analyze research findings and translate insights into strategic recommendations, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with product developers, marketing team, and executives to align research with business goals
- 5+ years of experience conducting market research and competitive intelligence
- Proficiency with research methods like surveys and interviews
- Ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Comfortable interfacing with senior leadership to present recommendations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
