Market Source Responsible - German Speaker

Avantor is looking for a dedicated Market Source Responsible (Procurement and Sourcing Service) German Speaker

This role will be a full-time position based out of our Bucharest, Timpuri Noi, office. You will have the opportunity to partner with stakeholders and customers located across different countries in the European region.

The role is responsible for resolving customer inquiries regarding mostly third-party orders. You need to support the ordering process in line with achieving the business targets and KPIs and SLA through fast and diligent process support.

The team

Avantor’s Market Source team is formed by 13 persons divided in 2 teams with 2 Team Leaders.

The role is front office as we will need to deal and source products for top customers in the pharma industry.

What we’re looking for:

Academic:

• University Qualification; bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years’ experience in a fast paced environment, focused on customer experience and customers facing

Soft skills:

• Highly customer centric as well as proactive and team focused;
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably interact with internal and external stakeholders and various client types (e.g. technical, end user, and economic buyers) and achieve mastery in service delivery.
• Negotiation skills when discussing mainly with vendors
• High sense of responsibility and self-starter adaptable and open to change
• Analytical skills to thinks through complex problems
• Able to work under pressure and to tackle multiple subjects at the time (multitasking)
• German language skills B2/ English language skills B2

How you will thrive and create an impact:

The Customer Service Representative role is responsible for resolving customer inquiries regarding mostly third party orders. They need to support the ordering process in line with achieving the business targets and KPIs and SLA through fast and diligent process support.

• Quote & order Management Market Source business:
• Review the purchase requisitions for goods/services
• Source and, need based, negotiate the product with the supplier; check if suppliers are eligible for orders; update and maintain vendors database
• Make the necessary validation - price, payment terms, delivery requirements and costs etc and convert/release/verify the orders or quotations;
• Pricing and delivery costs based on contractual agreement with each client (ZLST, ZPSP etc); verify/coordinate article Master Data;
• Complete requisition status in all ERP Systems including those provided by the clients ( ex Ariba)
• Coordinate communication with internal departments; communication with internal stakeholders and end users; Updates and follow-up's as per SOP
• Trouble shoot and monitor requisition flow, including post sales corrections – keep customers, vendors and stakeholders updated on open requests and complaints management ( e.g. DE C4C)
• Close and strict following of work procedure, ensuring quality target.
