Marketer, Demand Generation Activation
Job Description
In this opportunity as Marketer, Demand Generation Activation, you will:
- Collaborate closely with campaign planning teams to build, activate, and optimize quarterly/annual tactical plans aligned to the customer journey that generate demand to meet acquisition, retention, upsell and cross sell targets driving qualified lead and revenue goals.
- Act as liaison with US central and partner teams to ensure consistent processes, accountabilities, and deliverables.
- Project-manage all campaign deliverables (development of integrated channel initiatives and tactics including paid digital, paid social, nurture, email, events, etc.) and ensure programs are executed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate set-up and flow of information required by cross-functional teams to fully activate planned campaigns, ensuring dates and deliverables are met.
- Liaise with external associations, agencies, and 3rd parties to ensure tactic delivery
- Work with copywriter to build and edit landing pages, emails, digital adsWork with copywriter to build and edit landing pages, emails and digital ads
- Activate on provided budgets; closely monitor and measure programming to ensure we are achieving highest possible ROI.
- Audit lead flows and programming to ensure streamlined processes and increased speed.
- Evaluate and report on campaign and channel/tactical performance, continually optimizing to hit KPIs.

- Delivery of effective marketing funnel, from lead to closed sale
- Manage SLAs across US central teams
- Maintain or exceed quality expectations
Experience & Skills
- BA or BS degree required
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and campaign coordination
- Strong digital marketing experience and knowledge, especially in B2B and e-commerce space
- Strong project management skills; outstanding communicator
- Ability to manage multiple campaign plans and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong analytical/data-gathering background, using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, etc. to determine performance
- Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills
- Skilled at learning and leveraging new tools, processes, and systems (e.g. Workfront and Anaplan)
- Good understanding of modern demand generation technologies and systems
- Passion for accurate follow-through of program details (while still maintaining team speed)
- Team player with track record of proactively helping teams achieve objectives
- Experience in a matrixed organization or agency experience preferred
