Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute marketing initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including vertical leaders, to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's vision and messaging
  • Facilitate communication between vertical leaders and the marketing team to ensure that all initiatives are fully supported
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with the company's target audience, identifying the angle and client-specific value of the story
  • Ensure visually appealing and consistent marketing materials that enhance the company's brand identity
  • Collaborate with operations and other teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
  • Engage with clients in a consultative manner to understand their needs and tailor marketing strategies to meet those needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing and executing successful marketing initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including vertical leaders
  • Knowledge of design principles and marketing technologies
  • Understanding of emerging marketing techniques and technologies
  • Strong storytelling and experience in pitching stories to editors and different media outlets
  • Strong client-facing ability with consultative skills
