Job Description

n with the Program team, providing marketing strategy and analysis, while ensuring that client requests are fulfilled to optimize marketing budgets.

*Preference for candidates in EST or CST. Will need to be comfortable working EST hours.

For this exciting career opportunity, you will…

  • Be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction and growing relationships with an assigned group of customers (accounts)

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Program teams and Program Directors to identify and grow opportunities within various territories

  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly results and annual forecasts) including interpreting data analytics

  • Nurture new business with existing clients, identify areas of improvement to meet revenue targets and/or recommend new and innovative marketing tactics, channels or service line services

  • Develop an understanding of market nuances relating to assigned client group (relating to marketing: competitive landscape, top performing strategies and tactics, consumer demand, etc.).

  • Collaborate with senior account managers to provide the day-to-day marketing planning, development and execution for a suite of clients

  • Draft creative/strategy briefs and collaborate with marketing account managers, creative and shared services teams to ensure that briefs meet requirements

  • Partner with Producers to shepherd projects from conception to completion

  • Participate in campaign reviews and filter and translate client feedback

  • Collaborate with FinOps and Producers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing

  • Manage project code set up and project resource allocation

  •  Assist in meeting agency KPI’s and revenue goals

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 5+ years relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications preferred.

  • Agency experience preferred.

  • Client facing experience preferred.

  • Digital marketing experience preferred.

Compensation Range

$69,300.00 - $103,900.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
