Marketing Account Owner

Job Summary
The Account Owner serves as the primary liaison and main point-of-contact between PCG and its clients. The Account Owner helps drive client strategy and ensures projects meet expectations, are delivered on time, and within budget. Our Account Owner leads all client meetings and presentations, ensuring alignment and a shared understanding of goals and objectives.
- Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients
- Understand client priorities and navigate clients towards strategy objectives with defined KPIs
- Act as the liaison between the client and internal teams
- Navigate conflicting priorities and move conversations towards resolution
- Track and report out on client KPIs, strategies, next steps, and recommendations from the internal team
- Accurately represent the client feedback and requests to internal teams
- Help ensure on-time delivery of services and deliverablesÂ
- Report on budget goals between the project and internal teams ensuring accurate cost management across all deliverables
- Knowledge and SkillsÂ
- Bachelor's degree (in English, communications, marketing, public relations or journalism a plus) preferred
- 2-5+ years in account services, agency experience strongly preferred
- Lead and mentor others in the organizationÂ
- Effectively utilize Google Suite
- Experience with project management softwareÂ

Additional Information
• The ideal candidate understands the nature of our business and this role is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed
• This position can be remote, however, locally based is preferred. For anyone remote, the ability to travel to the Nashville area monthly is required. All candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
• PTO is flexible once training is complete and performance expectations are being met
