The Role
Congo Brands is rapidly growing, and we are currently seeking a Marketing Administrator to join our team. This individual will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's marketing success. Our continued growth and industry expertise allow us to provide excellent opportunities for career development and advancement. The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for administrative functions related to the daily function of the team.
While this role is not involved in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns, this entry-level position is perfect for someone early in their career seeking to further their professional experience and begin a career in the marketing world!
Due to the administrative nature of the work, this role is required to be onsite at our Louisville, KY office. Remote and out-of-area applicants will not be considered at this time.
Key Responsibilities
- Copying, filing, mailing, organizing, and scanning important documents (contracts, invoices, receipts, etc.).
- Perform data entry.
- Input daily product sample requests.
- Perform various administrative tasks including booking and rescheduling travel plans.
- Assisting with the coordination of company events.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of post-grad experience preferred.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and partner with cross-function teams.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Terrific work ethic and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
