Who You Are: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual for the role of Marketing Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead marketing analytics and reporting, including spearheading, liaising, and reporting on commercial mix project, with the aim of driving business growth. Additionally, the candidate will assist in designing, executing, analyzing and reporting consumer insights studies, synthesizing reports, and analyzing data from various sources revealing market trends insights and opportunities to increase profitability, and improve marketing efficiencies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and analytics (business/finance/marketing) with a good understanding of media planning, marketing fundamentals, and finance in CPG or Health and Wellness Industries. They should possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of marketing metrics and ROI measurement. Reporting to the Consumer Insights Senior Manager, this role will contribute to business growth by providing valuable insights and helping to increase efficiency and ROI in marketing.


What You're Good At:

·       Drive/own/lead/compile marketing KPIs (ie – Household penetration, buy rate, monthly read outs with finance, brand tracking, etc.)

·       Work closely with finance/functional leads on measuring and driving ROI.

·       Serve as the primary contact and liaison for an external vendor, ensuring effective collaboration on commercial mix modeling project and utilizing relevant analytic tool.

·       Proactively deliver market, competitive and consumer insights by analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources (consumer research, POS, Syndicated data, Numerator, IRI, etc.)

·       Assist in conducting quantitative consumer insights studies, analysis, reporting and provide insights.

·       Assist in conducting cost-benefit analysis on media investment initiatives and evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives against designated KPIs

·       Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities

 

What You Contribute: 

·       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and media planning analytics utilizing various tools and platforms in the CPG or Health and Wellness Industry

·       Familiarity with commercial mix modeling

·       Familiarity with both Primary and Secondary Research, analysis, and practical application.

·       Strong proficiency in collaborating and liaising with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

·       Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of statistical analysis and data manipulation techniques.

·       Familiarity with media planning and understanding of media fundamentals.

·        Strong financial acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with finance team.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must-have skill for this role, including a strong command of advanced Excel functions and formulas.

  • Familiarity with analytic tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, etc.
