As a full-time Β Marketing Analyst at Mindtech, you will be part of our marketing and communications team, providing support in various areas to ensure the success of our initiatives. You will be responsible for key tasks including industry event scouting, tracking and reporting metrics, social media moderation support, and agency relationship management for the execution of creative pieces and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Scout relevant industry events and provide support in planning and coordinating the company's participation in such events.
  • Track and report key metrics, including social media performance, web traffic and SEO, campaign success, and CRM analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in content generation strategy, coordinating process steps between technical collaborators, designer and editor.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns.
  • Provide support in moderating the company's social media platforms, ensuring effective communication and timely response to community inquiries and comments.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for the execution of creative pieces, advertising campaigns, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency and quality of work delivered.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field, or currently enrolled in such programs with expected graduation in the near future.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of social media management tools, CRM, Hubspot and data analysis.
  • Previous experience in the technology industry
