Marketing Analyst
Job Description
As a Marketing Analyst at MobilityWare, you will support all user acquisition initiatives working with product and monetization teams utilizing technical and analytical skills to drive improvements across various KPIs for the Marketing organization. Through analytical decision making, your work will directly impact MobilityWare’s growth across multiple games available in the Apple and Google Play stores. You will be responsible for managing acquisition campaigns along with conducting ad hoc analysis and provide reporting to valuable stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform analyses using both in-house and external data sources to drive user acquisition strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Work with external marketing partners / ad networks to efficiently execute, manage and evaluate user acquisition campaigns, in order to maximize the value of marketing budgets
- Use SQL and/or other data tools to perform data exploration and fulfill basic data needs that arise from the daily UA operations
- Regularly report, communicate and present to other teams on the UA operation progress, performance, as well as other marketing research / findings
- Other responsibilities include communication / collaboration with 3rd-party marketing partners, in-house creative team and data analysts to facilitate the full user acquisition cycle of strategy - execution - learning - iteration.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, or other quantitative fields
- 1-3 years of experience with digital marketing / user acquisition, preferably in the mobile game industry. Strong skills in UA campaign evaluation and optimization.
- Comfortable using SQL and/or other data tools to query and analyze large, complex data sets across different sources. Experience as a data analyst is a plus.
- Strong curiosity with data, and the analytical skills to identify problems within the current UA strategies and to identify new opportunities.
- Good communication, presentation, and visual reporting skills to translate analytical findings into business strategies and action items

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation for this role. The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare’ s total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The pay range annual base salary for this role is $88,000-$123,000.
