Job Responsibilities :

The Marketing Analyst, supervised by the marketing manager, supports daily operations of the marketing department. Key duties include creating and updating marketing materials, supporting events and promotions, assisting with social media management, pulling marketing data, and managing vendor invoices

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and updating marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media posts to promote Razer Gold and our content.

• Provide administrative support by pulling summarized reports on sales and website engagement and emailing them to the team.

• Assist in organizing events, booking venues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth execution of events.

• Support building relationships with influencers, agencies, media outlets, and other service providers to achieve marketing results.

• Ensure all information posted on different social media channels is correct.

• Liaise with external vendors such as agencies to guarantee deliverables are created.

• Manage vendor payments to ensure proper execution.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communication field, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive, dynamic, and analytical

• Prior work experience is a plus.

• SEO Certificate or SEM is a plus.

Preferred Language Skills

Ability to read, speak, analyze, and interpret complex English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish documents. Ability to respond effectively and write effective communication either written or spoken.
