Your Key Responsibilities:Â
- Support US Client Marketing teamâs strategic book of work, with a focus on product and client marketing materials (email campaigns and client outreach programs) and their distribution on behalf of the Coverage Wholesale Segment.Â
- Managing and maintaining an inventory of materials that are submitted for approval at leading US intermediaries.
- Support US Client Coverage Wholesale segment with their conference strategy program including communications, materials management, display materials and organization
- Support business stakeholders and ensure alignment with local regulatory, compliance and legal requirements
- This role will require flexibility to meet evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Your Skills & Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, sales support, and/or administrative services within a financial services environment.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and improving the client experience, with a proven track record of supporting strategic priorities and delivering results.
- Ability to navigate areas that may not be clearly defined and work independently to address and take a hands-on approach to ensure that projects stay on track.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to managing multiple tasks in the course of a given day.Â
- Strong communication skills are a must as well as ability to work well in teams across the globe.
- Collaborative, passionate, detail-oriented, and flexible to adapt to changing needs and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactively looking for ways to identify actionable insights and improve existing processes to drive efficiencies; and willingness to ask questions that can drive positive change
- Effective communicator and responds well to constructive feedback
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar fields;
