Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze the impact of Omni-channel on customers purchases, behavior, and retention.
Identify by-channel marketing KPIs to supplement weekly report. Project to include the collection of data to calculate KPIs and the development of a self-service dashboard.
Develop an AccuBlue Home scorecard to track program engagement, category engagement, and longitudinal insights.
Evaluate and maintain our Pool Perks redemption model, updating for seasonality and response trends.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with team to deliver insights and data-driven campaign and journey recommendations.
Identify and analyze key trends and factors that influence behavior and value.
Work with Analytics Team to conduct assessment of current programs and promotions to determine efficiency and profitability.
Partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value.
Retrieve and analyze data from internal and external sources to drive the improvement of marketing efforts and business strategies.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

A recent graduate looking to gain marketing experience, someone working towards an MBA, or an individual in the process of earning a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or another related field.

Understanding of SQL with the ability to retrieve and aggregate large data sets to develop insights.

Basic knowledge of programming logic and database design. Ability to fully understand table structure, table relationships, etc.

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills to identify risks, provide market insights, and draw valid conclusions from findings using available data
