The Team

The Growth team at Imprint is responsible for relentlessly driving the growth of our business, from setting go-to-market strategy, to launching and running our merchant partners’ programs successfully, and scaling their growth through new cardholder acquisition and existing cardholder engagement. We span business development, partner success, brand and product marketing, and work cross-functionally with the leadership team to be the voice and advocate for our partners. 

The Job

As the Marketing Analytics Lead for the Growth Team at Imprint, you analyze the performance and Incrementality of marketing campaigns across our partner portfolio for both acquisition and customer engagement. Your in depth data analyses and discovery of actionable insights will drive strategies that strengthen our card programs, empower decision making, and elevate overall marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

This is a critical and strategic role ensuring that partner programs are on track to meet business objectives across time horizons. You will collaborate closely as a marketing analytics thought leader with other cross-functional teams, including Data, Technology, Product, Finance, and Credit Risk. You will also formulate and curate a multi-year roadmap for the evolution of marketing analytics capabilities and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the performance of rollout campaigns and marketing experiments, interpreting results to improve budget allocation and ROI from marketing investment
  • Lead development / enhancement of Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) measurement, partnering with Credit Risk, Data, Finance, and Growth Teams
  • Develop and optimize response models and attrition models to assist in the identification and sizing of audiences for targeted marketing offers / campaigns
  • Identify customer segmentation and triggered marketing opportunities, fueling strategies to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and / or increase CLTV.  Ex:  Segments where actions could be taken to increase CLTV, segments where CLTV is already high but Imprint has low penetration, etc
  • Partner with Data Team to improve data infrastructure and analytical tooling - data integrity, joining data sources to improve measurement and attribution, etc
  • Create automated dashboards to enable Marketing Team members to self-serve on core marketing KPIs

We Are Looking For Folks With

  • 10+ years in marketing analytics experience in financial services - experience the credit card industry is a plus
  • The ability to thrive in the sweet spot between long-term strategic thinking and producing tangible results by rolling your sleeves to get into the details
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to distill broad data sets into clear insights and implications
  • Experience with SQL and/or proficiency with business intelligence platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Sigma) - experience with Snowflake data platform is a plus
  • Experience with end to end model development and maintenance
  • Excellent project management and time management skills too effectively manage multiple project priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to visualize data in reports and explain findings to audiences with varying levels of analytics experience 
  • A collaborative mindset - possess a solutions-oriented approach paired with a positive, can-do attitude

Location: NYC or Remote

Annual salary range: $180k-$220k plus competitive bonus and equity package
