Are you a data-driven marketer with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing performance? Join Frazier and Deeter (FD) as a Marketing Analytics Lead, where you'll be at the forefront of leveraging data to shape and refine our marketing strategies. Reporting to the Digital Marketing & Operations Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions that enhance our marketing efforts and boost client engagement.Â
Objectives of this Role:Â
- Strategic Analytics Development: Create and implement advanced analytics strategies that align with FD’s marketing objectives and business goals.Â
- Performance Measurement: Analyze and interpret data from various digital marketing channels to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.Â
- Operational Efficiency: Enhance data-driven processes and streamline reporting to support business growth and operational excellence.Â
- Insight Generation: Utilize data insights to provide actionable recommendations and support continuous improvement in marketing strategies.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
- Analytics Strategy and ImplementationÂ
- Develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies to track and evaluate marketing performance across digital channels.Â
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in analytics tools to ensure best practices are applied.Â
- Campaign Analysis and OptimizationÂ
- Analyze performance data from digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, SEO) to identify trends and insights.Â
- Support and conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance and refine marketing strategies.Â
- Data Reporting and VisualizationÂ
- Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards that provide clear insights into campaign performance and ROI.Â
- Develop customized reports for various stakeholders to guide strategic decision-making.Â
- Operational and Process ImprovementÂ
- Identify areas for process improvement within the analytics function and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.Â
- Collaborate with the digital marketing and operations team to ensure data integration and consistency across all platforms.Â
- Collaboration and CommunicationÂ
- Work closely with marketing teams to provide data-driven insights and support campaign development and execution.Â
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.Â
- Tool and Platform ManagementÂ
- Manage and optimize the use of analytics tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing analytics software.Â
- Evaluate and integrate new analytics tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities.Â
Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.Â
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization.Â
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems.Â
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.Â
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Â
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.Â
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Â
Preferred Qualifications:Â
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or other relevant analytics certifications.Â
- Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., SEMRush, Tableau) and data visualization techniques.Â
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in marketing analytics.Â
