Are you a data-driven marketer with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing performance? Join Frazier and Deeter (FD) as a Marketing Analytics Lead, where you'll be at the forefront of leveraging data to shape and refine our marketing strategies. Reporting to the Digital Marketing & Operations Manager, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions that enhance our marketing efforts and boost client engagement. 

Objectives of this Role: 

  • Strategic Analytics Development: Create and implement advanced analytics strategies that align with FD’s marketing objectives and business goals. 
  • Performance Measurement: Analyze and interpret data from various digital marketing channels to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. 
  • Operational Efficiency: Enhance data-driven processes and streamline reporting to support business growth and operational excellence. 
  • Insight Generation: Utilize data insights to provide actionable recommendations and support continuous improvement in marketing strategies. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analytics Strategy and Implementation 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies to track and evaluate marketing performance across digital channels. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in analytics tools to ensure best practices are applied. 
  • Campaign Analysis and Optimization 
  • Analyze performance data from digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, SEO) to identify trends and insights. 
  • Support and conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance and refine marketing strategies. 
  • Data Reporting and Visualization 
  • Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards that provide clear insights into campaign performance and ROI. 
  • Develop customized reports for various stakeholders to guide strategic decision-making. 
  • Operational and Process Improvement 
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the analytics function and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing and operations team to ensure data integration and consistency across all platforms. 
  • Collaboration and Communication 
  • Work closely with marketing teams to provide data-driven insights and support campaign development and execution. 
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders. 
  • Tool and Platform Management 
  • Manage and optimize the use of analytics tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing analytics software. 
  • Evaluate and integrate new analytics tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. 
  • Preferred 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, and campaign optimization. 
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or other relevant analytics certifications. 
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., SEMRush, Tableau) and data visualization techniques. 
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in marketing analytics.
