ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for a dedicated, thoughtful, and ambitious individual to join the Measurement and Investment Optimization (MIO) team, with the core responsibility of informing budget allocation decisions through actionable and data driven insights across our Connected-Fitness and App businesses. This position reports directly into the Director of Measurement and Investment Optimization.Ā 

The MIO team at Peloton uses business judgment and many forms of analysis to inform the optimal business and channel mix allocation for our global media budget. These analyses include media scenario planning, conducting deep dives into MMM results, summarizing incrementality learnings, and evaluating media platform performance.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Manage engagement with external modeling partners including providing business context, data collection/validation, model reviews, and the development of actionable insightsĀ 
  • Collaborate with and serve as a thought-partner to a variety of partner teams including Media Strategy, Finance, Demand Planning, and Product Marketing
  • Leverage vendor provided optimization tools to drive scenario planning across country, product and tactics and forecast impact to the business
  • Lead deep dives into other business drivers using first- and third-party data to create insights and help prioritize learning agendas within the team
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • 4-6 years experience driving business decisions through high-quality analysis (e.g. marketing mix consulting, management consulting, business intelligence)
  • Extensive knowledge of Marketing Mix Modeling through creating or leveraging results
  • Experience end-to-end project/analysis management from data collection to insights generation
  • Skills for creative and critical thinking while answering complex, ambiguous questions
  • Highly skilled in Excel/PowerPoint (or equivalent G-Suite tools)
  • Experience with data visualization technology, such as Looker or Tableau, is a plus
  • Excellent communication/teamwork skills required and the ability to build positive relationships across the organization at all levels
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Base Salary: $154,100.00Ā  to $200,400.00

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
