Job Summary

The Marketing Analytics Manager will enable Enterprise Marketing & Communications (EMC) to be more impact and data driven in its decision making through direct analysis of activity metrics. This role will work directly on project and capability teams to monitor the effectiveness of activity that will enable better iteration of marketing tactics and inform future strategies. The role will own partnerships with IT and Data to support their governance processes, priority of EMC support, and increase our efficiency in surfacing needed data.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Enable use of the measurement model within EMC to ensure that we are impacting key business results.
• Leverages knowledge and perspective to influence how enterprise marketing and communications make decisions on priorities based off business Impact.
• Create and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards that are user-friendly, accessible and actionable.
• Responsible for the foundational elements of measurement such has common nomenclature and data availability as it relates to EMC.
• Ensure data accuracy behind all EMC reporting.
• Diagnose business processes and leverage analytics to proactively identify and communicate search engine, cross-channel social media, and content delivery optimization opportunities, including persona-driven recommendations.
• Facilitate access and training for internal stakeholders on analytics tools, interfaces, and best practices, as needed

Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

• Bachelors in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business Management, Marketing, or related discipline.

Recommended Education and/or Certifications

• Certification in Analytics tools.

Required Work Experience

• 5+ years in a combination of Marketing and Analytics
• Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: 06B

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team building and collaboration.
