Anaplan is looking for a tenacious individual contributor Marketing Analytics Manager to join the Marketing Performance and Insights team in US. Insight on your impact:
• Infuse data-driven marketing as a core operational system of record, enabling customer insights, ROI, and strategic planning for our global marketing function
• Help build and lead the overall marketing analytics strategy and drive deep analysis of customer journeys, pain points and funnel metrics to enable marketing teams to create exceptional customer experiences
• Evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns and how different channels contribute to our pipeline, measuring end-to-end marketing funnel performance, produce dashboards to monitor critical metrics, and perform advanced analysis to optimize marketing performance for business operation, planning and budgeting purposes
• Support development of monthly marketing performance reports, QBR and other exec-level reporting to support marketing leadership with decision making and prioritization of initiatives
• Lead and support data infrastructure efforts on how customer and marketing campaign data is structured in our systems (including Anaplan and 3rd party tools such as Adobe Analytics, Marketo and Salesforce) to drive segmentation, personalization and reporting for optimization
• Help build and nurture marketing KPI's and ROMI models resulting in accurate data points and recommendations to help guide investment decisions
• Manage and maintain marketing performance dashboards in Anaplan to ensure marketing teams are empowered with data to make real time decisions and partner with internal Anaplan teams for new model development
• Collaborate with Finance to gain alignment on ROI reporting and ensure marketing performance data rolls up to overall financial reportingÂ
• Manage bi-weekly sprints for marketing analytics team driving efficiencies and transparency across projects
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and other cross-functional GTM teams to capture impact and influence of Marketing across all opportunities and revenue drivers
Your qualifications, your influence:
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing analytics
• Strong analytical skills, be comfortable working with data, and have a deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Ability to look at vast amounts of data and synthesize that information into intelligence that can be acted upon by the businessÂ
• Excellent data visualization and storytelling skills to explain results and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
• Experience translating marketing vision into reporting requirements and technical specifications
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo or Adobe Analytics reporting
Preferred skills and technical familiarity:Â
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Marketing or a field with a quantitative focus or a technical disciplineÂ
• Hands on experience building Anaplan ModelsÂ
• Deep understanding of B2B Marketing and end to end conversion funnelÂ
• Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, and marketing effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of 3rd Party tools like Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, Test and Target
