As a Senior Analyst on our Marketing Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets, building statistical models, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize marketing and macro-level business strategies.


In this role, you will:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to uncover actionable insights and trends that drive business growth
  • Develop and implement statistical models to evaluate marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and key performance indicators
  • Perform cohort analysis to identify patterns, understand customer segments, and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives over time
  • Build and maintain forecasting models to project future marketing performance, customer acquisition, and revenue
  • Utilize data to develop and refine customer lifetime value (LTV) models, enabling the organization to make data-driven decisions related to customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Implement attribution modeling techniques to measure the impact of various marketing channels and campaigns on customer acquisition and revenue
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure alignment and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices in marketing analytics, and proactively apply new methodologies to enhance our analytical capabilities

Key Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related discipline. A master's degree or higher is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, statistical modeling, or a similar role within the marketing domain
  • Proficiency in statistical software (such as R or Python) and experience working with large data sets
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Proven expertise in cohort modeling, forecasting, LTV modeling, and attribution modeling
  • Experience in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) to create compelling visualizations and dashboards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of marketing concepts and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
