As an integral member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in project management, event support and communications coordination. Responsibilities
Event Support:

• Coordinate logistics for company events and conferences.
• Manage event registration, booth setup, and promotional material distribution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
• Manage the swag / promotional items store, including inventory and distribution.

Communications Project Coordination:

• Support the development and execution of corporate communications activities, provide creative and strategic communications support including project coordination•
• Support with developing media content and messaging (e.g. pitches, press release, earned and paid media bylines)
• Support the execution of media campaigns by overseeing timelines, schedules and approvals are on track

Project Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Act as the go-to person for Asana, serving as the in-house expert on the platform and utilizing its features to optimize agile project management processes.
• Support the development and implementation of brand programs and campaigns.
• Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across marketing materials.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging content aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Flexibility to travel and work on weekends or evenings, as required.

Base pay range: $56,300 - $82,500, commensurate with experience
