The Marketing Creative and Content Senior is responsible for managing creative digital assets and sales/marketing support materials.

Essential Job Functions:

The below functions reflect the general details of the essential work activities and accountabilities of this position and are not all inclusive. Other activities may be assigned.
  • Responsible for developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, identifying audience segments, aligning internal teams, guiding content messaging and design, and measuring results
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
  • Align campaign strategy to persona-based buyer journeys
  • Develop proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns
  • Use marketing automation and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and clients across the buyer journey
  • Generate ideas for campaign optimization
  • With a focus on content strategy and optimization, this role will also be responsible for CLA's marketing assets and content within the digital asset management system (DAM)
  • Support DAM, including processing and vetting of assets, metadata tagging, implementation, and maintenance, and integration into other systems
  • Serve as a DAM/CMS "librarian," cataloguing assets using best practices for describing records and adhering to CLA style guidelines

Requirements:

Experience
  • Five or more years of experience in content marketing strategy, including a proven track record in developing multi-channel campaigns, as well as CMS or DAM platform management experience.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Certifications / Licenses
  • None required

Technical Competencies
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms required. Deep knowledge of DAM/CMS systems, metadata standards, and databases.

Organizational Interfaces
  • The Marketing Creative and Content Senior will be part of a project team with primary line of reporting to the Director of Marketing - Communications and works closely with joint Marketing/IT project team.

Travel Requirements
  • This position requires < 10% travel. This position requires occasional local travel to/from client sites and may require occasional non-local or overnight travel for client visits, training, meetings and/or other business-related purposes.
