The client is a leading aggregator connecting Australian businesses with recruitment agencies. They are expanding our services to include connecting Australian businesses with leading RPO providers. Their mission is to be at the forefront of the outsourcing shift in the APAC region, challenging the status quo with a focus on quality, credibility, and white-glove service.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Growth Expert with experience in the BPO space to lead the growth of our new segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating inbound enquiries for BPO services through online marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for driving revenue through lead acquisition, utilizing paid ads, SEO strategies, and effective website optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate inbound enquiries for BPO services.
  • Utilize paid ads, particularly Google Ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase domain authority and capture organic leads.
  • Build and optimize landing pages with compelling CTAs to capture web enquiries.
  • Leverage WordPress expertise to create impactful and user-friendly web experiences.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of BPOs, their value proposition, and market dynamics.
  • Identify and target potential clients who are considering or have used BPO services before.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality lead generation and customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing and growth roles, preferably within the BPO, offshoring or aggregator industry.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Expertise in SEO strategies and website optimization techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress and experience building landing pages.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring leads and clients in the Australian market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment.
  • Passion for driving growth and innovation in the outsourcing industry.
