We proudly serve the entire Triangle region (including Chapel Hill, Durham, Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Wake Forest, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Hillsborough, Fuquay-Varina, and surrounding areas).
Through our proprietary system, PLAN - SORT - PACK - SETTLE, our team works with a variety of client projects and situations to help the emotional and physical challenges of sorting through memories, downsizing, moving, liquidating belongings, and working with family members throughout the entire process. Job Description
- Work with Owner/Founder and Manager of Business Development to implement Annual and Quarterly Marketing Strategy Goals and Production Plan.
- Manage Social Media Accounts for The Downsizers and The Consignors, includes posts, video, auto-caption and copyrighting.
- Manage the e-newsletters for both The Downsizers and The Consignors.
- Responsible for all graphic design for all marketing efforts and presentations.
- Support Team Trainer for video production and editing.
- Create and manage updates for marketing materials.
- Responsible for metrics associated with social media and other marketing efforts.
- Support and implement Online Digital Content Project (2025 Initiative) or other special projects.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with a team and is also a strong self-starter and an independent project manager.
This candidate also has a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work on a deadline and a budget. This candidate is a critical thinker and is highly comfortable with technology and creative applications.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Canva, YouTube and video editing required.
- Familiarity with the following tools would be helpful: Mailchimp, Adobe Premier or similar, Zoho Social, Wordpress, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Please provide a link to your portfolio, if you have one.
Additional Information
- Flexible Scheduling - This role is part-time (varying hours week-to-week), but can average up to 25-30+ hours per week.
- This is primarily a REMOTE position with 1-2 weekly meetings in Chapel Hill, NC.
