We are currently look for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Camas, WA. This role is Hybrid The pay range is $30-$33/hour DOE.
Primary Function:
The Marketing Assistant will provide assistance to the Marketing Team and support the creation of marketing material as needed to grow Sigma Design per our business needs.
Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating, editing, and publishing marketing material.
- Assist with events planning including running and coordinating internal meetings, ordering materials, coordinating shipments to/from events etc.
- Ensure all marketing communication is up to date and evolving according to the marketing plan and the companyβs vision and mission.
- Perform marketing duties including:
- Order business cards.
- Publish posts on social media.
- Update marketing material (collateral, website, presentations etc.).
- Support video related activities.
- Manage / maintain content updates on SharePoint.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by the marketing team.
- Assist with monitoring various company email inboxes (web leads, marketing inbox).
- Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.
Education and Experience: (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).
- Experience with managing social media in a professional setting is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
- Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, both within and outside one's own work group.
- Excellent business acumen and professionalism.

- Pass a post-offer background verification.
Work Environment
Office: Standard office environment with normal office related conditions. Occasionally may be required to travel as required to other facilities, clients, or suppliers.
