We have a role here at Dynamic that could be right up your street! We’re looking to add a Marketing Assistant to our team starting immediately. It’s an entry-level marketing position that provides ongoing training and opportunity for rapid advancement, so could be ideal for a marketing graduate or career changer. 

About The Role: As we grow our marketing events teams, we’re going to need people to oversee new clients, new campaigns, and new markets. We’ve found that the best way to prepare someone for this role is to train them internally from entry-level through to executive. You’ll be cross-trained in a variety of disciplines and progress at your own pace based on how quickly you learn and the results you produce. 

Some specific responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and displaying branded marketing stalls/banners/etc
• Engaging with local consumers to gather opinions and feedback
• Performing product demonstrations and explaining service details 
• Processing a handful of sales transactions throughout the day
• Helping to introduce and train new team members (when ready)
• Hosting development workshops and training sessions (when ready)

Training & Support: We’re looking to train someone from entry-level to executive in roughly 12 months, so the training is ongoing and structured based on your results and specific goals. We’re a supportive team, always looking to help others and share knowledge and tips. Together Everyone Achieves More!

Requirements: Marketing degrees and experience are welcomed, but not required as long as you have a general concept of marketing methods and consumer behavior. Retail sales, customer service, promotions, food service, or similar experiences can also be helpful since you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment and speaking directly with customers. You’ll need to be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the USA to be considered. 

Hours: We’re primarily interested in people with full-time availability, but will consider part-time hours as long as you can work 20+ hours per week over 3-4 days Monday-Saturday.
